Your information is securely stored within our organisation, protected by two factor authentication and permission-based security.  
 

We keep Contact Form information for 12 months. We will then dispose your information by permanent deletion from our systems.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
